EFPRP CDSRP (Cryptographic Document Signing Registration Portal)
Mandatory internal cryptographic signing workstation for PBOs. Only one document may be queued and signed at a time.
1. Internal Key Generation
Generate and register the document key in the internal application first. It must NOT match the document's ID. Enter a string of random characters (e.g., 89810snjkaoi298e9!*#() and save it as the key.
2. Queue & Key Injection
Once registered internally, enter that exact random key below and select your unsigned PDF. The portal locks to 1 file and injects the key directly into the PDF binary structure.
3. Cryptographic Hashing
Click Upload, Sign and Verify. The browser computes the SHA-256 hash of the embedded PDF and transmits it to the /signed-documents endpoint.
4. Download & Purge Original
Once hashed and verified, your browser automatically downloads the newly signed PDF. Immediately DELETE the original (unsigned) PDF from your workstation.
